One of the most important things you need to know about a company is who works there and how to reach them. In Venturelytic, the people who work at your accounts are called contacts. There are two ways to create a contact:
- Via the contacts tab
- Via the account
Create a contact via the Contacts tab
1. On the Contacts tab, click New (1). Or click on New Contact (2) from the dropdown menu.
2. Fill in the datapoints configured to the contact and click Save
Create a contact via the account
1. Navigate to the account to which you would like to add a contact.
2. Go to the Contacts related list, click on the dropdown menu and click New.
3. Fill in the datapoints configured to the contact and click Save.
