Increase your productivity and work smarter and faster without leaving your email application. With the integration to Salesforce, see relevant Venturelytic records in Outlook and Gmail, and relate email messages to Venturleytic, keeping your teammates up-to-date with your communications.
Note:
If you are an a regular user, you can skip step 1 to 3. These only relevant are for your organizations administrator.
Navigate to Setup and type “Outlook” in the Quick Find Box
Click on “Outlook Integration and Sync”
Enable “Outlook Integration”
Verify whether your Outlook edition meets the integration requirements via:

Get the Salesforce application either 1) from the Microsoft AppSource store; or 2) from your within your Outlook desktop version.
From your Desktop Outlook , navigate to “Store” or “Add-ins”
From within the Store, search for the “Salesforce” add-in, and add it to your Outlook.
Once added or downloaded, the blue Salesforce Cloud icon will appear on the top right of your screen.
Click on this Salesforce Cloud Icon, select “Production” and login to the Salesforce environment with your Venturelytic login details.
You’re now able to log relevant e-mails from your outlook to Venturelytic. From this panel, you’re also able to create new Contacts. When a new contact is created, it will automatically ask you to which Account the contact belongs, after which you also have the opportunity to create new Accounts.
You’re set, congratulations. Now, you can relate email messages to Venturleytic, keeping your teammates up-to-date with your communications, as well as work from your inbox in Venturelytic.
