Reset the Authenticator

  1. In the ‘Quick Find Box’ on the left type ‘Users’ and click on ‘Users’

  2. Click on the respective user

  3. Click on ‘Edit’

  1. Under ‘App Registration: One-Time Password Authenticator’, click ‘Disconnect’

  1. Now the user can set-up the authenticator app again when they log in the next time.
